Once the form is submitted, you will have the option to pay via Credit Card through PayPal.

Alternatively, if you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please send payments to winnipegballhockey@gmail.com following the form submission.

 

Please be aware that only registrations that include payment will be deemed valid and ensure your spot in the tournament.
