Only gender restrictions apply to Girls, Women's & Coed Adult Divisions

 

Youth Divisions

Age restriction in U11, U13, U15, U17 is based on participants actual age on & before May 25, 2024

  Teams are permitted players younger than the specified ages per division group.

(For example:  a 10 year old could play in the U13 division)

Female players may play in divisions one lower. Example U11 to U9, U13 to U11 ect. 

If the U13/U16  female divisions are a no go, they can participate in one division lower.  Example U13 Girls to U11 ect.)

U7 divisions are permitted a max of one 8 year old's to fill out roster.

In certain circumstances to help fill a division in U9, any male player that is 9 years old turning 10 in the month of May will be permitted to play in the U9 division. If a female player is 11 years old and has a birthday in the month May, they will be eligible for U9 and U11 division.

Divisions may be split into two divisions if there is a qualified amount of teams & the Birth date falls within the age specifications.  For Example: U11/U10, U13/U12 Ect.

ADULT Divisions

Age restriction is based on participants actual age on & before May 25, 2024

​

Players under 18 years of age may play in the adult divisions with parental/Guardian consent.

​

Coed division is considered 1 division with multiple pools which is split into A & B for the Playoff rounds. If we receive at least 4 registered teams to compete in a Coed competitive division , it will be separated to Competitive and Recreational during Preliminary and playoffs.

Am I allowed to play on multiple adult teams in different division's ? Revised for 2024

In the Adult divisions, players can join multiple teams, provided these teams belong to different divisions. Note that pools within the same division are treated as a single division. However, playing for multiple teams increases the risk of scheduling conflicts. While we don't enforce roster restrictions within each division, due to the complexity of monitoring, we do enforce one basic rule that no two teams across the Adult Men’s divisions may have more than 3 exact players (goalies do not count) from another Men’s team.

Please ensure to diligently assign your teams to the appropriate skill-level divisions to maintain fairness in competition.

Team Payment must be received in full to reserve your spot in the Tournament. Partial payments will not accepted. There will be absolutely no refunds once payment is received unless tournament does not occur or the date changes. Payment must be received in full before the early bird (April 22, 2024) deadline in order to qualify.
